S Bahn Tickets Help Please

Hi

Can anybody tell me where I get my train tickets from in the airport, I am looking to travel on the S8 and I will be arriving in terminal 1. Are there ticket machines or counter service and where abouts can I locate these in the airport. If it is machines, do they have an english option, also what is a single ticket in German. I appreciate any help anybody can give me.

Thanks

you can buy tickets from machines that are multilingual or from the DB counter (also mulitlingual). You may be better advised to buy a day ticket. If there is more than 1 of you and you are going on any more buses, trains, trams etc that day, it is certainly a good option.

%26gt; also what is a single ticket in German

Einzelfahrschein

Single ticket is EUR 9,20

Day ticket is EUR 10,00

Partner day ticket (2-5 persons) is EUR 18,00

With these tickets you can travel to any train/S-Bahn/U-Bahn/tram/bus stop in Munich.
