From Frankenthal to Warsaw

Please excuse me if this information already exists. I arrive in Frankenthal from Canada end July 2009. I need to then get to Warsaw or Kedzierzyn-Kozle by the end of July. What is the most economical train route to these cities for me %26amp; my family.
