The wives are tagging along! Would like to find a hotel in the price range between $150 to $250 tax and breakfast included. Also walking distance to shopping,sights and train station. Can someone recomend some? I will review Hotels on Trip Advisor but not sure about the different areas. Thank you!

Marienplatz is about 20 minutes walk from the train station. Major shopping area between the two. Marienplatz %26amp; nearby Viktualienmarkt are also walking distance to major downtown sights. There are many hotels and restaurants in the area.
We liked the Hotel Blauer Bock. Nice folks and a good breakfast. There are many good choices.

I have stayed twice at LeMeridien and once at Sofitel, both right there at the main station. Accessibility is excellent and both hotels are lovely!
Check them using the %26quot;Check Rates%26quot; feature on this site. I looked at both just this morning for our upcoming trip and found rooms at both with breakfast for under 200USD per night. But you need to shop prices.

We have stayed at the Royal Hotel - Munich at least 5 times and just love it. It%26#39;s right near the train station and the staff is great. The Breakfast Buffet is fabulous. Be sure and read the reviews on TripAdvisor for the Royal Hotel. You%26#39;ll see that we%26#39;re not alone in our enthusiasm with this hotel - and the price is great, too!
