leipzig hotels

Hi fellow travellers.

Looking for a nice,quiet hotel in the inner city, i.e. walking distance to %26#39;Old%26#39; City Hall/Markt and Thomas Church.

Thanks for your tips.

We found the Ibis Leipzig to be nice and quiet.....and cheap. It also had a handy free internet access terminal near reception.

It is easy, short walk from the station (which is worth seeing itself) and handy for the old city too. Leipzig is all pretty compact and flat and easy to walk around. A marvellous city, hope you enjoy it.

Don%26#39;t know if it%26#39;s in your budget, but the Seaside Parkhotel right across the street from the Central Railway Station was pretty good. Ask for a room to the (nice) courtyard for a quiet room.

There are plenty of nice, small and charming B%26amp;Bs in Leipzig but in the outskirts and not in walking distance to the old town.
