The stadium now is called

But we people in Nürnberg still

call it Frankenstadion. We hate the

new name.

Hi Ziska,

You may consider staying in the city centre and just traveling out to the stadium for the event you are attending.

The stadium is very easy to get to from the city centre. If you are going to a soccer game then your match ticket covers public transport. Train, buses and trams all run out to the area. We took a taxi out to the ground and it was not to expensive, about 12 euro I think. Also did not get stuck in traffic after the game when returning to the city.

Great little city with good bars and restaurants. Enjoy your trip.
