Is This To Much For A 7 Day Trip?

We only have 7 days for this trip in a rental car. Here is our plan:

Day 1: Leave Prague and travel to Rothenburg Ob Der Tauber via Nurnberg. See Rothenburg and spend the night there.

Day 2: Leave Rothenburg in A.M. and drive to Bacharach or St Goar on the Rhine River. Take a boat ride on the Rhine and spend the night.

Day 3: Leave Rhine River area in early A.M. and drive to the Fussen area near Neuschwanstine Castle. See the Castle%26#39;s and spend the night in the area.

Day 4: Leave in early A.M. and go to Munich, Berchtesgaden ans Salzburg. Spend the night in Salzburg.

Day 5: Leave Salzburg for Vienna. Spend the night in Vienna.

Day 6: Vienna. Spend the last night in Vienna.

Day 7: Leave Vienna in P.M. for Prague.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Yes, way too much. You are going to see Munich, and Berchtesgarten and Salzburg all on the same day?? You have zero time for sightseeing except the steering wheel of your car. How long do you estimate it takes you to go to each of these places? Add that in and come up with a more workable plan.

Suggest leaving out the Rhine and Berchtesgaden, so day 2 you leave Rothenburg ODT and arrive in Fuessen. Day 3 leave Fuessen arrive Munich. Day 4 leave Munich arrive Salzburg, and then you%26#39;re back on track.
