Train Ticket help?

Hi

I hope someone can help me!

I used the DB Bahn website to book train tickets and selected them to be delivered by post to me.

I have recieved what I can describe as a letter that looks like a bill or invoice.

Do my tickets come separately?

(I loged into to the site to check my booking and searched with both my order number and dates that I booekd the tickets. However the site says it has no record of my booking?)

Help

Suzie

What does it say?

The normal way to buy a ticket online is to get it as a PDF file and print it yourself. I don´t know what happens if you order them by mail - whether they use the standard ticket prints or whether they just print out the e-ticket and send it.

Does it have the word %26quot;Fahrkarte%26quot; on it? If yes, all is well.

The tickets I have bought by post from DB generally look like fairly normal train tickets - about the size of an airline boarding pass in lightweight card.

What does your document say on the top?

Has your credit card been charged?
