The main railway station in the Saarbrücken is Saarbrücken Hauptbahnhof (or short Hbf).

Not aware of a station called St. Vendal. There is a town %26quot;St. Wendel%26quot; in the Saarland.

I would be very grateful if someone can tell me how can one get from Saarbrucken train station to Bruchwiesenanlage 4, are there any buses leaving from the train station in that direction, would the taxi be too expensive?

Please note the spelling. You can either use Saarbrücken or Saarbruecken. But not Saarbrucken.

We, the persons, will help you anyway. :-) But the scheduling software won´t care I´m afraid... Therefore correct spelling is essential!

TripAdvisor%26#39;s German sucks because they notoriously use all these misspellings with simply omitting the Umlaut (the dots on ü, ä und ö) which leads to confusion. The correct way of substituting an Umlaut you can%26#39;t type is inserting an extra %26quot;e%26quot; after the vowel concerned, so Saarbrücken becomes Saarbruecken.

train ticket from FRA to Saarbrücken can be between 35 to 200, it is up to you when do you book and which class do you book. check www.bahn.de

If you want to reach Saarbrücken then do not disembark anywhere else, it would be best if you take the train which has 0 changes on the rout (Ohne Ümstegen).

St. Wendel (also Sankt Wendel) is a station on the but no need to leave the train there it is some 40KM from Saarbrücken.

Disembark when train says Saarbrücken Hauptbahnhof (it will be announced in German, French and English).
