Bus connection between Nuremberg and Karlovy Vary?

In late August we would like to travel by bus between Nuremberg and Karlovy Vary in the Czech Republic. Does such a thing exist or is train the only means of transportation. Thanks for any help.

You can use the Bavaria-Bohemia Ticket for this trip. EUR 33,00 for 2-5 persons. Covers the regional trains to Karlovy Vary - there are no others anyway. Plus all other local public transport in Nuremberg (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, trams and buses). This ticket is valid

Mo-Fr: from 9am till 3am next day

Sa,Su: from midnight till 3am next day

Is the Bavaria-Bohemia Pass available to purchase in the USA or only in Germany? On arrival in Nuremberg we want to immediately board a train to Karlovy Vary (via Cheb?). Must we purchase the Pass only at the rail station?

Where do you arrive in Nuremberg? At the airport or ...
