Dusseldorf Weeze - Dortmund or Frankfurn Hahn - Dortmund

Hi,

I am thinking of getting the Ryan Air flights to either Weeze or Hahn to visit a friend in Dortmund. The flights land at around 11pm. How much would a taxi be to Dortmund from each airport? Is there an easy cheaper way to get there at that time of night? Shuttle bus etc?
