Berlin weekend trip departing 15th May

Can you advise best transport from Schonenfeld Airport to Berlin city centre?.

Shall be staying at Citadines Olivaer Platz for my %26#39;special%26#39; Birthday this weekend and arrive after 10pm so would like to know best ways of getting there please.

Are there any places that are a %26#39;must%26#39; to visit as in a large city it is easy to miss things.
